The Penthouse is situated on the third floor and offers almost unbroken views of St Ives Bay, the pier and harbour. Despite its central position, the Penthouse has an allocated parking space just around the corner.

The attic level apartment is accessed via a communal entrance from the cobbled street, up three flights of stairs to the private hallway leading to the three rooms which are decorated and furnished attractively and to a high standard.

Lounge/dining room/kitchen: The large, airy, open plan room offers panoramic views across St Ives bay with its large dormer window. The sofa opens up into a comfortable double bed. There is a leather tub chair, LCD TV with DVD player and dining table with chairs which overlooks the harbour and Porthminster beach.

The modern kitchen area provides plenty of space, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a double bed, LCD TV, desk, clothes hanging space and additional storage. The dormer window provides unbroken views of the bay.

In the shower room - large walk-in shower, basin and WC.
